Booking Requirements

New Patients: We kindly advise all new patients to complete a medical history form before your appointment. This helps us keep track of any new medications or medical conditions. We kindly ask that you provide us with all necessary details prior to your first appointment. This includes confirming whether you know the location of the clinic and any specific requirements you may have. Additionally, if you’re unsure about the cost of your initial appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out for information. Our team is happy to provide all the details to ensure your visit is well-prepared and stress-free.

Bring Your Cards: Please bring your private health fund, DVA, Medicare, and payment cards with you. This ensures we can process any claims or payments efficiently.

Special Requirements: If you have any special requirements, such as anxiety, hearing impairments, or need assistance with a walker or wheelchair, please let our friendly staff know in advance so we can accommodate you.

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us with at least 48 hours’ notice. While we understand that plans change, this allows us to manage our schedule. A fee may apply if notice is not given within this timeframe.

Scheduling a Treatment: After assessing your oral health, your dentist will discuss any required treatments with you, such as wisdom tooth removal, root canal treatment, or other procedures. We will then schedule your next appointment accordingly. If no procedure is necessary, we’ll recommend a check-up and cleaning appointment.

    Other Appointments:
    For all other treatments or appointments recommended by our dentists, please call the clinic directly to book. This allows us to schedule your visit appropriately based on your treatment needs.

    Appointment Costs:

    We aim to keep our pricing clear and simple for our patients.

    • Existing Patient Check-Up & Clean – $275
      Includes a comprehensive examination, professional clean, all required X-rays, and a personalised treatment plan.

    • New Patient Comprehensive Exam & Clean – $300
      A detailed first visit including a full dental examination, professional clean, X-rays, clinical photographs, and a personalised treatment plan.

    • Emergency Appointment – $160
      For urgent issues such as toothache, broken teeth, or dental discomfort. This visit includes an examination, any required X-rays, and a treatment plan for recommended care. (Any treatment required is additional to this fee.)

    Health funds may cover part or all of your visit depending on your level of cover. Our team will be happy to assist you and help with online bookings.

    Medical History Forms: For your first visit, we ask that you complete a medical history form to ensure we have the most up-to-date information regarding your health. This helps us provide the best care tailored to your needs. You will receive a text message with a link to the form prior to your appointment, or if you prefer, we have paper forms available at the clinic. If you have any changes to your medical history or medications, please let us know before your visit.
